Getting tires installed

It went very smoothly, I was notified through the whole process of each step.

The only reason why it was not 5 stars was that we needed to make multiple trips to the dealership to fix all the issues with the vehicle. In terms of communication and our service advisor Jason they were 5 stars

On time and no issues

My vehicle was repaired properly. That's all I ask.

First salesman took my information told me truck couldn’t be rdy till following week but did not tell me that that was his last day. New salesman called me following week and was excellent to work with. The original salesman emailed me from his Matthews email and asked me if I got my lien release and I said yes but I’m working with someone else because you resigned so that was very concerning.The salesman that sold me the truck was excellent

Our vehicle has been here at least 5 times for a check engine light on a brand new car. Stating that a part on our car was damaged and that it would not be warranted she sent pictures of the damaged part and we paid to have it fixed. We DID NOT hit anything. And we are unclear why Chevy would design and put a car part in a place where it could be damaged without some kind of plate to protect it. This last time our service was NOT good. The shop person was rude and condescending. She called at 3 pm and wanted our rental returned that same day as it wasn't covered because the work wasn't warranty work. We have done a lot of business at Matthews over the years, but not any more. We will also not be recommending family and friends go there either.

We were only planning on investigating a couple of different vehicles to see if we would be interested in them. After test driving the Trax we decided to go ahead with the purchase depending on our trade in value. We were very pleased with the trade in value so we went ahead with the purchase. We have always been pleased with our experiences at Matthews dealerships and have been buying all of our vehicles through Matthews since 1997. Frank Valley made the Matthews experience the best we have ever had to date. He was very friendly and personable and knew the Trax well. It was definitely the most pleasurable experience we ever had buying a new vehicle. Thank you Frank and Matthews.
